Sr. Director - Utility Services
Ross serves as Senior Director of Utility Services for AECI Utility Solutions. In his role, he leads the statewide association's construction, utility services fleet, and right-of-way departments.
He is a 13-year veteran with the electric cooperatives. He spent his career within the Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation (AECC) power delivery section, previously serving as manager of project management and construction.
Ross holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Arkansas. O'Kelley is also a professional engineer.
